Job Summary:
The Sales Strategy Leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Business Development, the position offers a hybrid working model with domestic and international travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage existing client partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Generate leads through various marketing channels and events.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
