Strategic Business Development Manager

As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to join LHH Recruitment and contribute to the growth of their team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a diverse client portfolio, including regular communication on engagement progress, challenges, financial updates, and other business matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop team members through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on assignments and working papers to enhance team performance.
- Take ownership of engagement profitability, including managing billings and collections.
- Support team members and clients across multiple offices, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
The ideal candidate will possess qualifications with ICAEW/ACCA or equivalent, as well as a solid understanding of corporation tax and experience with CCH accounts software or similar packages.
