We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Leader to join our team at Healx Limited.

Healx is an AI-enabled, clinical-stage biotech company that is revolutionizing drug discovery for rare diseases. With 10,000 rare diseases affecting 400 million people globally, we aim to pioneer the next generation of drug discovery to help patients in need.

This exciting role will be at the forefront of our Business Development and Licensing activities, driving impactful deals and strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in executing our business development strategy.

You will report to the Global Head of Business Development and Licensing and work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Your responsibilities will include managing business development projects, conducting screens to identify new opportunities aligned to our scientific, therapeutic, and commercial portfolio strategy, facilitating project team meetings, and conducting commercial analysis.

To succeed in this role, you will need project management experience in the biotech/pharma industry, with a strong background in conducting qualitative commercial analysis of pharmaceutical products. A Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences-related discipline or advanced degree is required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in executing business development and licensing activities, as well as experience in rare diseases and/or the (pre)clinical development process.
