Strategic Business Development Leader

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Biotechnology Commercialization Expert to lead our sales and business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization of our industry-changing biotechnology.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing business development strategies for new products and services in the biotech, life sciences, or scientific sectors. A degree or PhD within a biotechnology-related field is essential, as well as experience developing sales teams and training salespeople.
You will play a critical role in building a successful sales team and identifying new markets for our biotechnology. This will involve extensive travel, including international travel. In addition to the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, you will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, share options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
