Reward Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Specialist to join our People Function team at the Greater London Authority (GLA). As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping the GLA's Reward strategy and delivering exceptional service to our employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with experience in developing and implementing Reward programs in a complex organization. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
About the Role
- Develop and implement comprehensive Reward strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff on Reward-related matters, including salary scales, bonuses, and benefits.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement colleagues to manage suppliers and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cross-cutting projects and programs related to Reward, ensuring they reflect best practices, meet legislative requirements, and are efficient and effective.
