This involves working closely with colleagues across People Function and Transport for London to develop and implement policies, projects, and programmes that support reward development and management across the GLA.

As a key member of the team, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. You will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing reward strategies that align with the GLA's business objectives
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and maintain effective networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing advice, support, and coaching to managers and staff on reward-related matters
