We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team at the Greater London Authority. As a key member of our People Function, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Reward strategy and ensuring that it aligns with the organization's overall goals.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective compensation strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work closely with colleagues across the organization to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
As a Compensation Strategist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of compensation trends and best practices in the industry.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement compensation programs that meet business objectives.
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform compensation decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
