About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager to join our team of industry professionals.

As our trusted partner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our global client base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions from initial contract stages to post-event follow-ups.
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to optimize strategic planning initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create consistent account management approaches.
  • Providing prompt customer resolutions and feedback to internal stakeholders when necessary.
  • Continuously educating and engaging internal stakeholders on the importance of joined-up stakeholder liaison.

A proven track record of working with high-value clients in a B2B sales or customer-led setting.
