Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.



About the Role: As a Research Manager, Client Success at Guidepoint Global, LLC, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients in various industries.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Guide clients in collecting primary research insights to inform business-critical strategies, including market entry, product launches, acquisitions, and licensing deals.
  • Direct expert recruitment efforts for private telephone discussions, meetings, and surveys, connecting clients with relevant experts.
  • Develop effective screening criteria and master Guidepoint's proprietary CRM system to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to optimize client use of Guidepoint's services.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Previous internship/volunteering/extracurriculars demonstrating project management and customer service skills.
  • Desire to work in a KPI-driven account management role with excellent time management and organizational skills.
