Global Partnerships Manager

Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology and one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS firms, seeks an experienced Global Partnerships Manager to join our team.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing 360-degree partnerships by driving strategic programs and partnership motions. This includes defining key areas of unique differentiation that the partnership will deliver to the partner and Celonis with a long-term view of joint success.
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in business development, sales, or delivery. You should have experience in multiple service lines within GSI organizations and a proven track record of successfully achieving set revenue goals in direct and indirect sales.
The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Define partnership strategies and execute plans to achieve joint business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level executives at key partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective alignment and execution of partnership plans
- Manage pipeline generation and go-to-market activities to drive Celonis license growth
- Minimum 15 years of P&L experience across business development, sales, or delivery in a large and complex GSI organization
- Strong hands-on experience in multiple service lines within GSIs, including operational consulting, ERP platforms, data & analytics platforms, and outsourcing & large deals
- Outstanding strategic mindset and execution power focused on long-term success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategies effectively on all management levels
