Job Description

This role involves providing strategic account management to TfL, championing their interests internally. The primary goal is to ensure that all necessary resources are utilized to deliver on contractual and partnership commitments.,

The successful candidate will work closely with various Global departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to drive the partnership forward. Key responsibilities include developing a strong bond with the TfL team, familiarizing themselves with the advertising assets, and gaining a deep understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of Global.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial and emotional intelligence, be able to immerse themselves in the customer's business at a senior and strategic level, and be a motivated self-starter able to deliver objectives without close management. Experience in the outdoor market, media market place, or transport would be an advantage.,

Responsibilities of the role include maintaining a first-class relationship with TfL, serving as the internal liaison for TfL-related initiatives, and supporting the Commercial Working Group. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the Commercial Team to manage the £9m Value Pot and work with Kate to keep the collaboration portal up-to-date and engaging. A high degree of commercial and emotional intelligence is required, along with the ability to immerse oneself in the customer's business at a senior and strategic level.,

Key measures of success include building a strong bond with the immediate team, familiarizing themselves with the TfL environments, and developing a good understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of Global. The successful candidate will also be expected to work with the Partnering Director to prepare and present the Commercial Working Group and/or the Partnering Board, and write the TfL Annual Business Plan.
