About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Superdry. As a key member of our CRM department, you will be responsible for managing our email campaigns and ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage one CRM executive and provide guidance on email requirements, from product selection to imagery and copy.
  • Develop creative content for email campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deployment of email campaigns worldwide.
  • Collaborate with trading and brand teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Maintain competitor activity monitoring and share valuable insights with the marketing and creative teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You should also have experience in CRM communications, digital marketing, and proficiency in ESPs/CDPs.
