About the RoleThe Customer Experience Lead will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our stores. This includes collaborating with Store Managers and Optometrists to ensure seamless service delivery.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers.
About the PersonWe're looking for a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Estimated salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing leadership role.
- Able to think strategically and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
