Customer Experience Representative

Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

About the Role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through responsive and courteous service
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide expert advice

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE
