Customer Experience Lead

We are looking for a skilled and experienced supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
About This Role- You will support the management team to maximise sales and profitability, while ensuring a 'customer first' experience is delivered consistently.
- You will be responsible for exceeding sales targets and acquisition targets for N.dulge, while maintaining stock accuracy and minimising stock loss.
- You will communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external business partners to drive business opportunities.
- You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach your team.
- You will be able to analyse commercial reports to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- You will have strong prioritising and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
