Job Summary

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Office Specialist III to join our team. As an Administrative Office Specialist III, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
