Job Summary

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Office Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures and processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
