We are seeking an experienced Financial IT Service Desk Lead to join our team at Ascent People Ltd. This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in IT service management, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support.

Ascent People Ltd is a leading provider of IT services to financial institutions. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality support and solutions to our clients.

This is a senior-level position that involves handling and resolving complex IT issues for our clients. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and will be proficient in ITSM software, Google Apps/O365, Windows OS (10/11), Android/iOS, MDM solutions, Active Directory, VOIP systems, and Windows Server.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a full UK driving license and hold an ITIL certification (preferred).

As a Financial IT Service Desk Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert-level support to our clients via phone, email, or remote desktop
  • Resolving complex IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Documenting and tracking all incidents, problems, and changes using our ITSM software
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package including a pension, life assurance, and employee assistance program. Our salary range for this position is between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
