Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to work in a close-knit team and contribute to building best-in-class customer service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer queries via chat, email, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the wider business to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize customer journey.
- Contribute to projects and new business initiatives to drive growth and innovation.
- A passion for helping customers and solving problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with a high attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits and share options. Enjoy a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week in office after full-time office-based training.
