About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supplier & Customer Operations Coordinator (Supplier Liaison Advisor). This role will be instrumental in identifying and addressing any discrepancies in outstanding contracts, suggesting process improvements to enhance our operations, and ensuring high-performance standards.

As the main point of contact between our customers and energy suppliers, you will work closely with multiple teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with customers to gather missing information necessary for a smooth transition to a new contract.
  • Providing training and development for colleagues in sales and operational teams to prevent recurring issues.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams and departments to ensure high performance and efficiency.
About You

We are looking for an individual with prior experience in a customer support or administration role, where you successfully resolved customer enquiries and provided excellent service.

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional skills in time management, attention to detail, and effective multitasking.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
