HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Achieve together. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience supporting managers, providing advice and delivering value in large scale, fast moving, multi-site organisations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be level 5 CIPD qualified and be a driver.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and reach your full potential. We offer competitive pay (£40,000 - £50,000 per annum) and progression that is linked to your skills and experience.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Providing coaching and guidance to line managers to ensure effective people management practices
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborating with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the organisation
