Business Partner and Talent Development Specialist

The Advocate Group is a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join our team.
About the Role
This is a key role within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth and performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, providing guidance on talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to improve team capabilities.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution and ensuring a fair and respectful workplace environment.
- Support performance management processes, providing guidance on evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
- Evaluate and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner/manager role, in a regional or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relationships, and HR strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and driving organisational change.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is up to £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
