The Advocate Group is seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to acquire, develop, and retain top talent, identifying skill gaps, and implementing training programs to enhance team capabilities.
About the Role
- Develop and lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring a fair and respectful workplace environment.
- Support performance management processes, providing guidance on evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations; review and update HR policies to reflect best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary:£48,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
