Job Description
  • Talent Acquisition: You will lead the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent to support our business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: You will provide guidance on employee issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Policy Development: You will contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with our organisational values.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: You will promote and embed diversity and inclusion practices throughout the organisation.
  • Performance Management: You will develop and implement performance management systems that support individual and team growth.

As a seasoned HR professional, you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. We offer a competitive salary of £28,800 per annum (based on £46,800 pa pro rata) plus benefits, including 28 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays, an additional wellbeing day, defined contribution pension scheme, and access to discounts on everyday spends.
