About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Consultant to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance to our clients, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievance management and disciplinary processes.
  • Design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Coach and guide managers on employee performance, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
  • Evaluate and maintain full compliance with UK employment law, ensuring effective application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Contribute to organizational change initiatives, including workforce planning and restructuring activities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior HR role, specializing in employee relations and grievance resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in complex workplace scenarios.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters tactfully and effectively.
  • Strategic thinking with the capacity to balance long-term planning and hands-on execution.
  • CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
