We are looking for an innovative and collaborative integrator who will lead a team to deliver on strategic initiatives, successfully drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy, operations and recruitment delivery for Director level and below hiring for our UK, Western Europe, Middle East and Africa business.

You are a result orientated leader who will be responsible for assessing current sourcing and selection frameworks and leveraging self, team, and networks to implement operational improvements for consistence and efficiency so that the UK, Western Europe, Middle East and Africa recruitment is considered Best in Class for Kimberly-Clark.

In this highly visible role, you will partner directly with HR and Business leadership across the organisation to inform and educate them on talent trends and market data that will positively influence business decisions. You will also strongly influence talent strategies to generate high potential talent.

**About You**

You will be responsible to diagnose, recommend, and lead the implementation of the UK, Western Europe, Middle East and Africa Talent Acquisition strategy, to meet the talent needs of Kimberly-Clark EMEA.

Understanding the business and how if competes with the talent market is a key part to this role, providing market intelligence and guidance as well as greater visibility to upcoming trends. Assist the planning and implementation of the workforce plan both in terms of quantity and quality to address critical capability needs.

Championing the Kimberly-Clark employer brand through all recruitment activities will be at the forefront of your mind. Leading talent acquisition efforts across UK, Western Europe, Middle East and Africa by creating and executing recruiting programs that drive awareness and excitement about Kimberly-Clark Europe, Middle East and Africa and our brands to build short
- and long-term recruiting pipelines.

You also have:

- Experience leading an in-house UK Talent Acquisition team at various stages of maturity is essential. Managing and coaching your direct reports, setting targets for the team, monitoring progress & coaching on performance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence HR and business leaders and build trust. Partnering with Talent Management, HRBPs and HR Directors is a key part of the role to ensure strategic and agile talent acquisition programs that drive, and support Buy, Borrow and Grow strategy and workforce plans.
- Ability to bring speed and quality to execution and decision making.
- Comprehensive and authoritative knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and processes
- Project management and change management experience desirable.
- Experience leading recruitment across other Western Europe, Middle East and Africa countries desirable.
