Junior IT Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior IT Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team at Catch Resource Management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for people, and a strong desire to succeed in the recruitment industry.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in recruitment with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced consultants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Client Management: Support senior consultants in managing client relationships, including understanding their hiring needs and providing updates on the recruitment process.
- Job Advertising: Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract suitable candidates for IT positions.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant insights to the team.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, preparing candidate profiles, and other administrative tasks as required.
