Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading renewable energy company as an HR Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our human resources function, driving business success through effective people management.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:

We require a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the energy industry. You should possess a strong understanding of HR principles, labor law compliance, and employee relations.

A proven ability to handle recruitment, performance management, and office administration is essential.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
