We are seeking an experienced Regional Talent Partner to join our team at The Advocate Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our employees and help drive business success.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives, as well as managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Management: Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention; identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution and ensuring a fair and respectful workplace environment.
  3. Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations; review and update HR policies to reflect best practices.
  4. Change Management: Assist in managing organisational change, providing guidance and support to employees throughout the process.
  5. Performance Management: Support performance management processes, providing guidance on evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience within a business partner/manager level role.
  • Must have experience within a regional or multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relationships, and HR Strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and driving organisational change.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:

Up to £48,000 per annum.
