Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Internal Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful recruitment in the healthcare sector, with a focus on high-volume hiring.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days' holiday, access to a commission scheme, and contributory pension plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Service Managers and the operational team to identify opportunities for attracting top talent.
  • Work independently and autonomously to manage a high volume of recruitment activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and national business partners to source candidates.
  • Utilize IT systems to manage databases, update records, and multi-task efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally from agency or internal settings.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to conduct telephone and video calls confidently.
  • Strong initiative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A positive influence, with a true team player attitude and ability to support and mentor others.
