**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Development Specialist to join our Health and Nutrition team in Chertsey. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for supporting the tactical activities required for developing product portfolios and achieving growth targets.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, sales or business development environment, with strong communication and organizational skills. If you're looking for a challenging role that offers stability and exciting challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Acting as the market-facing lead on a portfolio of suppliers to drive market opportunities with the sales team
  • Managing new supplier set-ups, coordinating data, liaising with Regulatory, Commercial and Operational teams, and recording in SAP
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with direct teams and the wider business
