Senior Account Development Manager

Our company is committed to helping customers succeed in their respective markets, and we are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Expert to join our team.
Job Description:
The Sales Performance Expert will be responsible for providing sales teams and stakeholders with accurate and timely support throughout the sales cycle. This includes serving as a process expert and trusted advisor on order requirements, working closely with account managers and sales management to provide customers with sales and technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Presales support: assist in opportunity/quote creation, selling strategy, risk analysis, and partner with account managers and sales management to provide customers with sales and technical support.
- PO booking: assist with PO booking, including supporting the order operation team and managing escalations.
- Post-booking management: responsible for post-booking management, including relationships with customers and problem resolution.
- Support key clients & resellers: assist in scaling sales processes, and maintain competence in areas of product, technology, sales, and competition.
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales, sales operations, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of sales experience in the networking arena.
- Results-oriented, self-starting, highly motivated, and strong leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to manage complex assignments and drive all interactions with customers to a positive end.
