About the Role

Barco, a globally recognized technology leader in visualization and collaboration solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to lead and grow our market presence in the UK & Ireland cinema industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with Barco Cinema Partners and key accounts, positioning Barco as a leader and trusted advisor in the cinema industry.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the UK & Ireland region, driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead identification to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Handle the creation of quotes, manage CRM sales cycles, and develop and negotiate proposals and commercial agreements.
  • Provide regular insights to Sales Management and product teams, offering competitive analysis and forecasting to keep Barco at the forefront of the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development within the cinema industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build credibility with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Skilled in working across different roles and borders, with a proactive, supportive approach to team projects.
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, close deals, and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills and a drive for results are essential.
