We're seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our commercial team across multiple manufacturing sites within the THG Nutrition & Wellness division.

The Role:
  • Take ownership of individual account portfolios, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth targets are met.
  • Establish and proactively manage relationships at multiple levels, driving key commercial objectives within specified customers and overall strategy.
  • Develop and manage customer contract agreements, aligning them with business priorities.
  • Optimise results through effective management of customer relationships and internal connections across Operations, Finance, Technical & Product Development departments.
  • Contribute to accurate rolling weekly sales forecasts and proactive plans to bridge gaps.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in FMCG food & drink sales, a proven track record of strong financial controls and commercial awareness, entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional relationship skills.
