About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Hub Administrator to join our team in a newly created fixed-term role. This position will provide administrative support to our sales and commercial teams, enabling them to focus on building industry-leading customer relationships and executing commercial plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including managing the loading of promotion proposals into customer systems and monitoring 'in outlet' execution.
  • Support the UK commercial teams in ensuring brilliant in-store, online, and outlet planning and execution.
  • Identify improved ways of working and efficiencies in administration processes.
  • Contribute to winning new business by ensuring new customer processes are achieved post-agreement.
  • Support the Commercial team with the organization of inspiring brand and customer engagement days and trade shows.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in a diverse admin support role, ideally underpinning the work of a customer-facing sales team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Curious mindset focused on continuous improvement and a drive to learn new things.
  • Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive ability to prioritize, organize, and plan multiple tasks concurrently.
