Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to clients with complex medical requirements
  • Work closely with Registered Nurses to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans with input from healthcare teams
  • Provide medication administration, treatment, and other interventions as prescribed
  • Monitor and respond to ventilation care, tracheostomy, and PEG tube management
