Job Description: As a Nursery Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our children. You will work closely with the Head of Nursery to implement our setting's philosophy and deliver the EYFS curriculum tailored to individual child needs and interests. Your key responsibilities will include developing strong partnerships with parents/carers, advising on concerns while maintaining confidentiality, and keeping records of child development and learning journeys.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must hold a Cache/NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Early years or equivalent. You should also possess a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Perceptive, patient, and responsive nature, good communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential attributes.
