Job Details:
  • Job Title: Nursery Nurse
  • Location: To be determined based on candidate preference
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-standard care for children, adhering to EYFS guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Nursery and team to ensure the setting's philosophy is implemented.
  • Develop effective relationships with parents/carers, facilitating day-to-day caring and early learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning journeys.
  • Communicate concerns to Designated Safeguarding Leads, upholding confidentiality when necessary.
  • Ensure a high-quality environment that caters to individual children's needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to a culture of flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork within the nursery setting.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, adhering to established protocols.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of relevant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Engage in self-development activities to enhance professional growth and industry awareness.
