Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in complex care and join Customcare as a Care Support Specialist. You will receive comprehensive training and clinical support to enhance your expertise in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

You will work with people of all ages, supporting those with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. This role requires resilience, compassion, and a strong ability to adapt to new situations.

No prior experience is necessary for this position. As a full nurse-led training provider, we will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in this role.

The salary for this position is approximately £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also benefit from:
