B2B Sales Development Representative

On Target Recruitment Ltd is seeking a B2B Sales Development Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales function by making appointments for the field sales person and following up with customers on new promotions.
This is an office-based role for the first 6 months, with a view to going hybrid once established. Flexible working hours are available, and the ideal candidate will be confident, dynamic, driven, and ambitious.
The salary for this position is £25,000-£27,000 plus commission, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in B2B sales. Previous experience of dealing with customers by phone and email is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making appointments for the field sales person to close new business
- Following up with customers on new promotions
- Selling a range of medical and facilities supplies
