Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Tech Sales Executive to join memoryBlue, a leading sales development company in the B2B tech industry.
This role plays a critical part in generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact via various channels, and building strong relationships with clients.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. We estimate this role comes with an annual salary of £28,000-£38,000, including uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:- Place between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments and initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients.
- Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities.
- Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org, and other data sources.
- Utilizing email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.
- Fluency in German.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.

- Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
- IT proficient.
- Metrics-driven and goal-orientated.
- Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
- Remote working.

- Circa £25,000 - £35,000 basic salary and uncapped commission.
