Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Flexicruit. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to develop their sales skills and contribute to the growth of our business.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and prospecting skills
- Positive and friendly approach with a natural ability to build relationships
- Smart, professional, and organized with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and social networks
- Competitive salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (OTE £40,000)
- Uncapped monthly commission + yearly bonus
