We are a leading sales recruitment agency based in Central Birmingham, and we're looking for an exceptional Enterprise SDR to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of creating opportunities and expanding our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Outbound Engagement: Proactively connect with prospects through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  2. Relationship Building: Identify and establish meaningful connections with decision-makers.
  3. Product Promotion: Showcase our innovative software solutions and address customer needs.
  4. Demo Scheduling: Qualify leads and secure appointments for the sales team.
  5. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other SDR platforms.
  6. Communication Excellence: Fluent in British English, with outstanding verbal and written skills.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Base Salary: Up to £35k, plus uncapped commission (OTE £50k+).
