National Sales Representative

Allied Machine & Engineering, a leading manufacturer of hole making and finishing cutting tool systems based in Dover, Ohio, is seeking a skilled National Sales Representative to join our team. As a remote position, you will have the opportunity to work with sales territories across the US and globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Territory Development: Create a comprehensive business plan for your assigned territory, identifying target accounts to drive sales growth and collaborating with regional sales managers to review and adjust quarterly.
- Distributor Management: Foster end-user business at existing accounts, provide supervision to associated distributors, and expand new end-user accounts while maintaining relationships with distributors.
- Product Knowledge and Support: Motivate distributor sales personnel to increase company sales through product knowledge, applications support, and promotional programs such as guaranteed test and demo tool programs.
- OEM Account Development: Develop OEM accounts within your territory under the direction of the regional sales manager.
- Reporting and Communication: Maintain timely reporting procedures for itineraries, expense reports, testing and trial order records, business reports, and other required functions to establish good communication with all parties.
- A minimum of a 2-year degree in engineering or technology, or comparable work experience with a 4-year degree preferred.
- Machining experience is desired, but not required, as our FSE Training Program is available.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is essential.
- Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
