National Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing key Convenience and High Street accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve national account targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create tailored promotions and product offerings for key accounts.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with national accounts to maximise profitability.

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge within Food or Drinks, ideally challenger brand or SME.
  • Comfortable with presenting to national accounts and managing relationships.
  • Numbers driven, goal oriented, and sales motivated.
