Job Title: Sales Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team at memoryBlue, a leading B2B sales development company. As a sales development representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities.

We specialize in the B2B tech industry and have a team of over 300 experienced sales and marketing professionals globally. Our clients include established vendors such as Google, Adobe, and Airbnb, as well as innovative start-ups.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact via various channels, and building strong relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include placing between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments and initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and working to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have fluency in German, previous sales experience, and be an ambassador of our core values: curiosity, accountability, conscientiousness, and resilience. You should also have strong written, verbal, and phone skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 basic salary and uncapped commission, remote working opportunities, focus on learning and development, and regular company events.
