Event Sales Manager Lead

Drive non-match day event sales and lead a sales team at Headingley Stadium.
We are experience makers and food fanatics, seeking a Sales and Events Director who can deliver exceptional events and experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of four to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional client service.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative sales strategies for events from corporate gatherings to private celebrations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a seamless event experience.
- Budget & Performance Management: Develop event budgets manage expenses and ensure profitability while delivering high-quality service.
- Software Proficiency: Ensure effective utilisation and full compliance of CRM (Salesforce Priava) for streamlined operations and effective sales tracking.
A background in managing a sales team in the hospitality industry with experience in using CRM and event management software is essential.
