As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase category sales and dominance in the grocery and high street health and beauty category.

Key responsibilities will include working with stores to develop action plans that increase category sales and dominance, increasing store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness, and negotiating increased promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the brand portfolio, business development skills and sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills, and the ability to think strategically while fulfilling immediate business objectives.
