Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase category sales and dominance in retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase category sales and dominance in retail outlets.
  • Work closely with retail store staff to increase their knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
  • Negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sales and the brand portfolio.
  • Business development skills and sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while fulfilling immediate business objectives.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • Full UK driver's license.
