We're seeking a highly skilled Event Management Lead to join our team at Headingley Stadium in Leeds. As an Event Management Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of events, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and beverage products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure area setup prior to guest arrival
- Attend pre-match manager's briefings
- Conduct comprehensive staff briefings prior to service
- Liaise with kitchen team to ensure timely food service
- Understand food and beverage packages and menus
- Work in adherence with Food Allergens information and service procedures
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage products are served
- Deal with customer complaints effectively
- Accurately record guest feedback
- Be flexible and adaptable to changes
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations
